Pandaria - No Weather?

Could we please have weather implemented in Pandaria?

We have had next to no weather implemented the past few expansions. There was some static rain present in specific areas of Zangarmarsh. A few quests and events came with rain or snow in WotLK. Of course, in Cataclysm, we got to experience old-world weather when flying over old zones - but the actual Cataclysm areas of Hyjal, Uldum, and Twilight Highlands had no random, variable weather whatsoever to speak of.

The old-world weather is awesome. A sunny zone can, in the span of an hour, change from bright and sunny to overcast to light rain to torrential rain and back again. It's awesome. The weather present in zones like Un'goro, Feralas, and STV should be a model for weather in almost every zone in the game. Yet since that first patch when weather was implemented, it has pretty much been forgotten and left to dust.

WoW weather looks great, doesn't tax computer systems, and can even be disabled if people don't enjoy it. What is the downfall to bringing weather into Pandaria?

We just added weather to all the zones in the last build. If you are not seeing it yet, just give it some time to show up.
