"Inappropriate Delete"

I don't know where else to post this, so I apologize if this is in the wrong section (please don't flame me too hard if this isn't the right section)

I posted and noticed a little "Inappropriate Delete" under my name as you can see for yourself, which unfortunately derailed my last thread.

What does that mean exactly? My name as far as I can tell isn't offensive, my guild name isn't offensive, I haven't been going around doing anything wrong (unless pinching gnome cheecks and calling them adorable is wrong). No GM's sent me anything, nothing in my e-mail, etc.
