why wont blizz mention anything as to why they did the feral druid changes they did?

its killing me on the inside i mean i could live with it if i knew it was for a valid reason but to me as it currently stands i think blizz did this just to ruin the spec.

what good could come out of re using old mechanics they threw in the trash due to them saying that it was crap?

i just seriously need to know ANYTHING about this plz
