Why 2 different "known issues" threads?

You have one in the bug forums.
You have one in the customer service forum.

Are your people all on the same page? Something as elementary as having ONE known issue list that contains all the issues, rather than two, shows yet again how badly this all is being handled. What are people to make of this? Are they supposed to report bugs in both of those forums, in the hopes that the reported bug might make it onto one of those lists?

I'd love to give you folks the benefit of the doubt, but things like this really sap a lot of faith that you'd otherwise deserve from we subscription holders.

Each thread, while appearing to have the same purpose, in fact do not.

The thread in the Bug Report Forum is one being viewed by the teams of people here at Blizzard responsible for investigating and addressing bugs in game.

The thread in the Customer Service Forum is provided and maintained by the Customer Service Forum Representatives to the many players who frequent that forum and as a courtesy. Bear in mind, there are quite a few players who only read and post in the CS Forum.

For those who have experienced something in game that may be a bug, we encourage you to post those issues in a constructive manner with as much detail as possible here: http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/board.html?forumId=10023&sid=1 Each report is sincerely appreciated.

I hope this helps to clarify the difference and remove any confusion you may have had.
