Accordning to many web pages that followed what happened when Sara Williams got a ban for LGBT-unfirnedly content when trying to make a commercial for a LGBT-friendly guild, the webpages all seem to say that blizz stated a apology and where planning to soften up the rulebook.

Now in this forum, in last few days, players have stated that its STILL not allowed to make commercials for LGBT-guilds. Id like a blue post to enlighten this a bit, did blizz not promise actions to prevent rules against harrassment to work AS harrasment, or what happened?

Question now to blue peeps (or other) is: exactly what is the rules, where are the rules and what did get changed after the debate with Sara Williams?

In any situation where we get a report from a player claiming that inappropriate language has been used Indiswe the matter is investigated carefully and thoroughly in accordance with our policies.

Should a player feel that an action against them was unfair, then they are very welcome to send an e-mail to our WoWConcernsEU@blizzard.com e-mail address fully explaining the situation and it is looked into by our senior management team.

While I appreciate that you all wish to discuss this topic, please bear in mind that it is a sensitive subject and we will lock the thread if it gets too out of hand.
