Well, best thing is that as you can see from this statement in the blog:
Players that choose to take part in the 2012 Arena Pass will also receive access to a special level-90 realm with upgraded epic gear after the upcoming Mists of Pandaria expansion is released and they’ve upgraded their accounts.

If you choose to take part in the 2012 Arena Pass realm, then you get access to the special level-90 Mists of Pandaria Arena Pass realm as well :)

So sharpen your weapons and harness your magic, it's time to conquer your foes on the arena pass realm! :O

Pretty sure people are more intressted in knowing on wich level the tournument will be held and what kind of gear will be avaiable.

We have additional information coming about the Arena Pass realm next week, hopefully any questions you have will be answered then. So be sure to keep your eyes on the blog :)
