Setting up a decent Rated Battleground Team through RealID (CrossRealm) option.
Myself: I used to lead Rated BGs in Terenas Alliance side and managed to reach almost 1.9k with my guild. I had to quit for some personal reasons and i gave back. Since the start of this season i never tried to reach high RBG ratings because of my realm being dead and lacking all kind of classes and roles. Personally i understand the feeling of searching a serious RBG Team and not finding one.

Decent PvP Gear, Experience, Mature, Active with Flexible TimeTables, Ventrilo.
