[BUG] V target

On Live V target plates overlap eachother.
On PTR V target plates do a constant circle around eachother. without overlap, depending on which one is closest to your current target, and on occasion the plate grows gigantic in width.

I do have nameplate overlapping turned on, so that definitely isnt the issue.
