Enhancement Shaman - Build 12942

Enhancement

* Ghost Wolf speed reduced from 40% to 30%.

* Stoneclaw Totem deal and absorb effect reduced by 50%.

Can someone please explain the nerf to Enhance PvP specifically GW and SC Totem?
I don't understand the reason to nerf a Specc which is amongst the worst PvP speccs in the game with low survivability, burst and mobility.

Did I miss something?
