"Report Spam" feature flawed & abused?

So I run an in game market for Vanilla BoE items and sets.
Recently, I've been banned once and muted 3 times in a 3 day time frame.

Now here is my macros I use to sell my wares every 15mins+ in trade.

/2 {Star} Elvine's Vanilla Transmog Emporium {Star} Offering many single pieces and complete sets! I might have something you're looking for! Don't know what looks good? Ask me and I'll help with some examples of set names!

/2 {Star} Complete Sets 4 Sale {Star} Plate Sets -> Bloodfist, Conqueror's, Warlord's, Boulderfist, Commander's, Revenant, Imbued, Overlord's || Mail Sets -> Captain's, Knight's, Brigade, Lord's, Wrathfin, Blood Knight, Glimmering, Engraved

Now how the report spam feature works is if enough people report you, it mutes your account (unable to chat or use mail system). If a lot of people report you the possibility of a ban could happen.

Keeping in mind this is all automated and no human looks over these when actions are made. The feature is great for actual gold sellers and what not, but I've got over 400 days played and logged in from the same IP like always. Though advised to take out the raid symbol from my macro, I haven't due to the fact I shouldn't have to.

Does my advertisement of wares seem too professional and need to be dumbed down for players to not assume it's a gold seller or selling for real life money? Is the system abused by players that don't like the fact that I'm selling BoE greens are higher prices than normal since the Transmog feature has released?

There are many people using trade for non trade related things, guild recruitment, LFG spam and general non trade talk. Should I start reporting spam on everyone? I feel like I'm getting harassed by Blizzards report spam feature and even players in game.

Update** GM Reply on everyone quote ToS and stating I'm in violation.

"Hello!

Thank you for contacting us! Using the allotted space every 15 minutes is not a violation of policy. However, I would suggest shortening the message as some players may consider it spam. It's not always on what is policy, but what is courteous. I hope this helps!

Regards,

Game Master "

So it comes down to courtesy. Which I still make the point the system is flawed if it's all automated.

GM's stating that it is an automated system where if the right amount of players report spam on you, the system will auto mute and auto ban you without human review.

"Wrongly hit" "Unwarranted" "hit inappropriately"

All signifies the fault of the system.
