Blozzard falsely banned my guildie

Last night blizzard banned my good buddy's account they claimed he was using a bot, this action has created chaos amongst the guild because he was not hitting simply farming for the guild and he is a main healer in the main raid group please help get his account back this person is no bot just a hard working guild helper and we need him

When a player feels they have been erroneously actioned, there is but one way to contest such penalties. To dispute an action on your account, you'll need to log into the Support Site here:

-I can't play at all because...
-I got banned or suspended and I wish to appeal
