A "lovely" way to start Christmas

when i logged in this morning...i saw a lovely sight

my warlock was gone...my gold was all gone....and my dk was magically in black temple with an extra 2k gold that he didnt have before....

isnt that a lovely way to start christmas

thank goodness i just downloaded the authenticator

While no restoration is ever guaranteed. Our staff has gotten pretty good at these recoveries over the years. If reported soon after the compromise we're often able to restore the account completely including gold, characters and items.

Though an Authenticator is an excellent extra layer of protection I would still recommend that you check your systems/account, if you haven't done so already.
