When I go to copy my characters to the PTR it gives me this error

This issue has been reported and it's being investigated at the moment. I'm afraid I can't offer any estimates as to when it will be resolved, but rest assured that it will be given due attention.

Please bear in mind that the public test realm is an unsupported platform and that questions about it, including technical difficulties with the character copy process, should be posted in the PTR forum:
