If I get banned...

In a debate with my friend, we came across the topic of getting banned, I decided to come to the forums for an answer :)

Here is the scenario:

XXX@live.com has BC-Cata and gets banned

Bob, who owned the account decides to try again and makes XXX@yahoo.com

Would Bob have to pay for BC-Cata again, because XXX@yahoo.com doesn't have the liscence to run the game?

or does he get it for free?

I'm saying no, my friend says that all he has to do is make the account, pay for the time, and he doesn't need to buy again.

Thanks!

Well...to get technical. A ban is permanent. A suspension is temporary. :)

^^ This!

While many players may use these terms interchangeably, they are indeed VERY different things.

Ban - Permanent unless appealed and overturned.

Suspension - Lasts for a set duration and naturally expires on it's own.

Lock - For some reason we suspended access and can be unlocked once necessary criteria are met - such are providing ID or clearing chargebacks.
