LFR - Where is it?

So I guess I just assumed it was in the Raid Interface, but I couldn't find how to use the Raid Finder. I've discovered from another thread that because the patch wasn't finished downloading, I didn't have certain, non-critical things in game.

Is it possible that the LFR wasn't loaded fully, or am I missing something?
