Opening a ticket kicks the multiboxer?

I'm sure many of you are familiar with the 8-man multiboxer from Korgath.

When I entered the last AV game, I saw that 8-man Hunter Multiboxer from the Horde side again.. This is probably the 10th time I seen him..
Someone from my team opened a ticket on that multiboxer and the GM responded almost instantly, and the multiboxer immediately got kicked out before he even went into Galv or engaged in combat.

I'm not complaining about the GM kicking him out, I'm against multiboxing and I'm glad he got kicked out. I'm just wondering, isn't multiboxing allowed? Why did opening a ticket on him worked? I really hope it does, if I see him again I will actually do it.

And to the Horde who was in the last AV game with that multiboxer (when he got kicked out), I apologise on behalf on my team, and that guy who opened a ticket, for owning you, and kicking the multiboxer out.
