Today we’ll be hosting a one-hour live online developer Q&A with Lead Content Designer Cory “Mumper” Stockton and Lead Systems Designer Greg “Ghostcrawler” Street, beginning at 5:00 p.m. PDT. I’ll be moderating the discussion to help facilitate a smooth and productive conversation. Given all the information revealed last weekend at BlizzCon 2011, we feel it’s fitting for this chat to be focused on the next expansion, World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria - http://us.battle.net/wow/en/game/mists-of-pandaria/

We're trying out a new method for facilitating this developer Q&A and really hope you find it engaging. As this is our first time using CoverItLive as a chat interface, we'll be carefully noting what works, what doesn't work, and how we can improve our live online Q&As going forward.

The chat will be hosted here on the front page of our website - http://us.battle.net/wow/en/blog/3825589/Mists_of_Pandaria_Live_Developer_QA_Today-10_27_2011

We'll see you at 5!

Same here. Although I do hate to be a bit pessimistic, but I do expect a lot of trolling by the whiny group.

Still, can't wait. =D

We have control over which questions are published, so you won't see every question coming in. That means no trolling will be visible. >:D

We want the chat to be clean, easy to follow, and very informative!

If we can't be online for the live Q&A, will there be a transcript we can view later? Also, is there a way we can send in a question ahead of time?

There will be a button on the embedded chat client in that blog after it has ending, allowing you to read the full chat.

It's not possible to submit questions until the event is live. That's a good thing though, as we'd probably have 100,000 questions by 5 pm. ;)

Hey Zarhym?Would we need a Cover it live account to view the chat or can we view it without needing one?

You don't need an account to view the chat. In fact, you shouldn't need one to participate either. You should be able to create an alias directly through the client when it opens, or log in with Facebook or Twitter credentials.

You can also check out the official website for information on downloading the mobile app: http://www.coveritlive.com/
