how do i get Diablo3 coll. ed?

so i wanna sign up for annual pass but also i want the Collector's Edition...
how does that work?
from the wording on the faq it seems i sign up but then have to buy the Collector's Edition seprate and when i use the code on my battle.net account i just get 4 months free witch is about 60 dollers. is that right? why cant i just choose an option when i sign up for the pass to upgrade it and still get the items?
cause it seems silly i have to order the game box from amazon or sum thing and sign up for the annual pass to get the same thing only with the added mount n beta invite...

please blue's clerify this for me :\

While not currently for sale there are several retailers who may have it for pre-order.
