Ok am trying for like the millionth time to copy a few toons over i know its bugged and so on that its's being looked into...

BUT

What's going on with this thing? I logs into my account and into my PTR account and then i click on character copy it then brings me to a screen that says:

There are no World of Warcraft Game Licenses attached to this Battle.Net Account.

Yet i can log into the PTR and play the toon i created the last time i was logged in.

Hi guys,

We just wanted to let you know that this is indeed a known issue and that it is being looking into, but we cannot yet say when this issue is expected to be resolved.
