We’re proud to present the Blizzard Customer Support YouTube channel!

We’ve lovingly crafted a number of videos to guide you through some of the most common customer support issues so you can continue playing and enjoying our games.

All videos are available in HD, so be sure to bump up the quality level, and each video has subtitles in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, and Russian.

Have a cell phone? You can do a lot to protect your account by getting the Battle.net Mobile Authenticator application. Watch this video to find out where to obtain one and how to link it to your account.
 

If you don’t have a cell phone, or own one that isn’t supported by the mobile app, a physical Battle.net Authenticator is also available. Check this out for a walkthrough on how to get one and how to use it to protect your account.
