standing up to buttheads

so recently i got reported for calling the tank in a 5 man an elitist b.Mind you i was in ret spec and was not healing.... A druid was and he was doing fine. i think it was about 8k hps in heroic vp.She kept voting to kick the healer and i would not so she kept whispering me saying that he sucked and i told her to f off u elitist b.I didnt know the healer i and being a healer myself i stood up for him.So then the next day i get a letter from blizz saying i violated there policy? does this happen alot?
