The participating teams were recently announced(http://www.gotfrag.com/wow/story/44868/?cpage=1), and starting June 4th these sixteen teams will clash in Columbus, Ohio, where winners will take home over $15,000 in cash. Over at Hydramist the editor Yiska has blogged(http://hydramist.net/blog/europe-where-are-you/) about the current state of the European scene, with a specific focus on how the teams are doing at the European Arena Pass. He brings us a lot of insider information, letting us know exactly what the well-known teams are currently up to. StarCraft II Beta
Both the quarter- and semi- finals of the GLHF.it Invitational tournament concluded last weekend and we’re down to our two finalists! GosuGamers(http://www.gosugamers.net/) have prepared summaries and recaps of all the action, including some VODs, so be sure to check them out and remember to stay tuned for more thrills in the upcoming final. Elsewhere, Finnish Terran player Juha-Matti "Satiini" Bäckström was victorious in edition #13 of the weekly ZOTAC-Cup, beating(http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/Zotac_Cup) Ukrainian Zerg player Dima "DIMAGA" Filipchuk in the final 3-1. Another competition, the Go4SC2 tournament series by the Electronic Sports League, continued this week with edition #19. Swedish Terran player MorroW(http://www.esl.eu/eu/sc2/go4sc2/news/125540/) emerged triumphant beating the Danish Protoss player Joe in the final 3-2. Also in Go4SC2 tournament news, the May final has been held and the Canadian Protoss player “HuK” was crowned champion after defeating(http://www.esl.eu/eu/sc2/go4sc2/news/125369/) German Random player Dario “TheLittleOne” Wünsche.

Warcraft III
The back and forth ZOTAC-Cup rivalry between South Koreans Kim “ReMinD” SungSik and Kim “FoCuS” HyoSub continues, as ReMinD won last week’s tournament and once again pulled away in the overall standings. In the final ReMinD(http://www.wcreplays.com/page?section=sceneamp;&id=1638) claimed victory over Orc player Dong Hwan “violet” Kim over three games. In other news we would like to congratulate Manuel “Grubby” Schenkhuizen and Cassandra Ng on their marriage.
