Hunters getting 277 bows, how is this fair

Please tell me how this is fair. Every other class must use only 264 gear, yet hunters get 277 WEAPONS none the less. This is hardly fair, or balanced. Hunters do ridiculous damage as it is, yet now they get a SIGNIFICANT advantage over other classes. Please tell me this is a mistake. There is no even playing field if this stays.
