We have tried kickign him, but it fails with 3/5 of us hitting yes, and were almost at the end of the dungeon. He is clearly doing it just to be an jerk. Can i please get a GM response quickly?

For future cases, you will need to use the vote to kick feature.
I do however recommend reporting any harassment issues.
