Public Test Realm Status?

Why is the PTR down? Isn't it supposed to be up right now like it says on the PTR section?

We're working on getting them back up, but it actually says on the PTR forum that they're currently down for maintenance. :)

I don't have an exact time, but maintenance appears to be nearly complete, provided no snags delay the remaining processes.
