I don't get how they know in what voices we talk to each other while trying to formulate new announcements.

In fact, I think the first reading in this video was actually voiced by Daxxari himself.

I use a complex algorithm that analyzes subtle text cues and word patterns to develop the most accurate voices possible for each Blue. It just so happens Daxxari is a 4 foot tall gnome with a lisp.

And the voice of Zarhym is... [data entry sounds followed by a dot matrix printer]
