Anub'Rekhan, help with MThealing positon

I have a big problem, my guild has been doing Anub'Rekhan for about a week and I still haven't found a solid way to counter this. When An00b starts to locust swarm our MT starts to kite, but I can't find a safe position to stand where I can outheal the 1-2 stacks of Locust Swarm on MT without getting Locust myself, I'm trying to run in the same motion as MT does, but on the other side of the goo, but then I get 1-2 stacks of Locust and it's bye bye!

Any idea where to stand?

We have used several tactics. Once we had healers dedicated to healing the tank healers in case they got locust swarm. We used strange renew/shield chains.

But in the end, easiest way is to just avoid locust swarm. Just have your tank rotate his camera and start running with his mouse right away. Don't think I've seen a single locust swarm on a tank for 2-3 months.
