Diablo Doesn't Work - Blue Tracker

I have got Diablo 2 and the back of the box graphics look amazing but the graphics in game really suck. I'm not sure what the problem is.

Also, the back of the box in Diablo 1 the graphics also look cool. I know these are old games and they won't be amazing.

But when I play the game... this is what I see:

I can't get any help from Blizzard because the guys on the phone seem to know NOTHING about Diablo. He was more confused than I was.

Your username and password would be the one you use to login to Battle.net on Diablo II, so if you haven't made an account on it yet that would be why (you also have to enter your CD Key).

But anyway, try the support site, it's very likely the solution is there. Alternatively you can email our support staff.
