Me and my guildmates tend to whipe. A lot. We only just hit lvl 70 and have tried our luck in the caverns of time (old hillsbrad) and died. A lot. We are a feral druid, frost mage, disiplin priest, hybrid warlock and prot pala. Priest plans to spec holy. Hope that will help.

Is the group setup ok, just gear and players thats not up to it? Any suggestions, tips, ranting and raving is much apprichiated.

Maybe shadow priest and healing druid?

You have a great deal of flexibility in that group, 2 possible tanks, 3 possible healers, 4 possible crowd controllers.

There can be a lot of reasons why a group would wipe, you need to watch how the wipes occur to get to the root of the problem. Are mobs going after the DPSers or the healer? Is it taking too long to kill things? Perhaps you're biting off more than you can chew and need to crowd control more?

Posting specific examples of situations in which you wipe, and what exactly happened should help you and other players pinpoint areas you can improve.

Did it yesterday (Old hillsbrad that is...). Nailed it more like it.

Glad to hear it :-)

Amazing how much a plan helps :D

You are right on the button with this. It is very important to know what you're getting into, read up on the encounters, or watch exactly what happens the first time you do them. Know what mobs are coming from where and deal with them appropriately. Focussed DPS is absolutely vital to your success, and the raid icons (obtained by right clicking on the target frame) can help you to control this.
