Can you please fix The Mechanar?

This has got to be the most bugged thing since the game launched.
People can't see the elevator wich makes it impossible to progress further than the first boss..
Also I've heard some reports of a door closing if you wipe on the second or third boss. Personaly I've never experienced this since i can't see the elevator.

How did this even get past beta testing?

We are aware of the issue in Mechanar where some players are having problems with the elevator. We are currently investigating this issue and should hopefully have a fix available soon.

The other issue with getting locked out after a wipe is also one that we are aware of and it will be fixed in a future patch.
