Onyxia's Deep Breaths

Hi - right now we are attempting Onyxia for the third time. On both the first and second attempts Onyxia Deep Breathed 8-9 times during Phase 2 even when we had full 40 man DoTs on her. Is this happening elsewhere?

We have done Onyxia plenty of times before.
