I dont really know what this means. I run windows 7 pro. Can someone help me out?

Please open up Internet Explorer even if it's not the main browser you use, click on "Tools" then "Internet Options". Now go to the "Connections" tab and click on the button that says "LAN settings". Make sure that "Automatically detect settings" is checked, and that you are not using a proxy server and then click "OK." Try running the launcher again and see if that solves the issue.
