As a member of the Russian PVP community, as a messenger to you of all PVP guilds, from both Alliance and Horde, we, the players of a server named "Черный Шрам", or, in English, the "Black Scar", hereby lay a petition in hopes of restoring the order and solving this undoubtedly serious problem we shall tell you about.
I am proud to be a member of a server, where all the best - joking apart - Russian PVP guilds have transferred and now are concentrated. These guilds are extremely large, despite our main headquarter is newly created Black Scar, more and more players are arriving, and it's hardly say in will ever end.
However, the goal of our community is making an outdoor world PVP, and although we have Wintergrasp Lake and it is pretty okay with the lags and ping there, EVERYTHERE else, including the places of the main battles - Stormwind and Elwyn Forest, Orgrimmar and Ashara, even the Barrens - all comes to doom.
When the battle begins, and both sides have 2+ full raids, in general, 100-160 players en masse, even if we have 30 people, 40, 50, the horrible lags begin to appear, and all freezes. No, ping is very well, but nobody can do anything, even instant cast in channeling for 2 or more minutes. It is absolutely impossible to play comfortably and have good ol' outside battles like we did in Classic WoW. For example, yesterday the server has broken down because of our play - we couldn't log in again during 20 minutes. Everythere, we can not play as we want to, the only solution, we suppose, may be the hardware of game server updating.
We have already called, contacted and written to Russian Support Team, but they remain apathetic and ignorant about our problems.
You are our the LAST chance, the LAST stronghold and bastion of hope in our dreams to change something and enjoying a comfortable play.
This is an expression of my confidence that you will, as people who appreciate their customers, continue to look for and acheve the better fate for us, Russian Players, doing the right justice. We hope you will not remain deaf to our entreaty.
