Im respicing 2h fury soon (from 31/20) and im a little unsure about spec should i go:

(that would mean stance dancing for Overpower when dps (also good in PVP)

this is more of PVP i guess (with charge instead of Overpower)

i do mostely PVE dps though. im liking the first best but i still want to hear a what other warriors has to say about it.

That's what I'd do for 2h PvE DPS. The 2 points in Cleave could be moved if needed, they don't make a big difference. Piercing Howl or Improved Intercept are both viable options to me.

Q u o t e:

I took your build and changed it around a bit:
http://www.wow-europe.com/en/info/basics/talents/warrior/talents.html?0230502030200000000505300502501025100000000000000000

that's been my fury build for a good few months and it always put me on top of damage charts everywhere :)

Reason I changed it is because I don't see the purpose of 2/3 imp cleave, and not taking imp berserker rage is a real loss, IMO.

I would say that 3% increased damage is better than 10 rage every 30 seconds. But then again, it's up to each and everyone to go with the spec he or she is most comfortable with :)
