OK i have thought about this for a long time and have found a way to make this legal in game. I have studied the TOU.

This will Be yelled in game and this is an example and not actual gameplay or conversation done in game. I am waiting for your approval if this may be done in game.

Me: /whisper Person , Step right up and play my dice Game. The Object of the game is to Roll higher than me and win double the amount of gold you put forth! Whisper for Invite and Waiver.

Person: Id like to play inv me

Me: /whisper Person , Dice Game Waiver, Typing The word I AGREE in response to this message means that you agree to the follow.

1. It is under your knowledge and your consent to let me handle your gold and keep it if you lose this 50% Win game. You Also knowingly Let me interfere if your game experience.

Person: I AGREE

Me: Are you sure?

Person: Yes

Person Traded 50g with me

Person rolled a 50
Me rolled a 69

Person : NO FAIR! .

Me: ( I show the Waiver again and tell him to qq moar)

While players may opt to privately run or participate in an in-game casino, advertising for this particular practice is not permitted in-game or on our forums in any form. Casino advertisements can degrade the quality of the environment we want to provide for our players and thus are not appropriate for the World of Warcraft.

Let me provide some clarification if I may.

A Casino run within a private channel would be permitted. Obviously, discussion of what that entails would need to take place somewhere so discussion of the casino and how it works would also be permitted, within that private channel.

So within that channel you could discuss the rules of how you are running the casino.

It is the advertisement of said casino that is strictly prohibited. For those who may be looking for the loophole, we would consider getting someone to join a private channel through random invites or other misinformation and then covering what that channel was for, as advertising.

I hope that helps. :)

Roughly translated, means:

First rule of Casino Channel is you DO NOT talk about Casino Channel.

I'd say you have the basic gist of it, Phuze.

Also, keep in mind that these policies have changed before as we used to prohibit casinos in any form. This may change in the future if we find that players are being scammed though this practice, but for now, they are permitted.
