Fix the Firelands BoEs already

Obsidium cleavers went from 80k to 8k on my server. The staff is going for 10k. Druids and hunters are going in there and soloing AoE packs. People aren't pugging T11 content, they're pugging firelands trash.

Several hotfixes went in over the last couple of days which address many of these issues. Check the July 1 update.
