Improved Thunderclap

Now that we can use Thunderclap in Def stance and it's had it's threat upped a bit, how many of you think it's a good investment to take 3 pioints out of your protection tree and put it into arms?

Personally, when I respec back to prot I'll be taking imp TC as I think it now looks really worth having.

Pro's and cons? Any thought's guys?
