Enemy surviving 5k executes!

If you are tiered of having Ã¼ber connection to server <100 ms from northern Europe, then executing oponents in arena for more than 5k losing all your rage but enemies still survive cuz of getting heals and lag... Then write something useful here so this don't become a petition thread! :P

Unfortunately this sounds to me like the same kind of issue as we have had reported by rogues regarding vanish:
I.e. Sometimes, they press vanish, they do vanish in the combat log, then they get hit anyway and die.
