Authenticator: Worth it?

Hi, I'm sick and tired of hackers and giving strong consideration toward buying an Authenticator. I just want to know whether or not this is a worthy investment.

I have a friend who swears by his, but the new changes are unnerving, so, what do you recommend, worth it or not?

Get it. I'm not just saying that as an employee, but as someone that uses one regularly. While I do my best to keep my network at home as secure as possible and clean from any viruses, etc, having another layer of security never hurts. I've known far too many people who didn't get one or had one and took it off, only to get compromised.

Please use one. It could make things just that little bit more secure for you.
