I blame Blizzard for all the QQ on locks

If Blizzard would have not pampered to the forum whiners over resilience effected dots only (as the only, none crit DPS in game effected by resilience) and simply posted 'res is working as intended'.

Instead of catering to the forum whiners.

Blizzard you and only you are the reason for the 'massive' influx of lock whiners as it is seen ok to bash this class as you have give a:

Clear message to all forum whiners that posting lock nerf threads was acceptable and recognizable for your organisation.

This game at that point took on the characteristics of another game that catered to forum whiners, i did not play it but i heard it was destroyed by this method, a star wars game, the developers broke it by catering to the whine bregade.

now each and every other player thinks its more then ok to post nerf lock topics and we as the player base who plays this class and supports it are left to post remarks back to them.

In one topic a rogue is posting a nerf thread, it is 13 pages in length and growing.

Any other forum and that would have been locked down.

The lock bashing is getting out of hand and tbh blizz you opened the door for it with resilience and give a clear indication that moaning about locks is clearly justifiable.

Here is a big thank you.

I suggest you actually base your finding on what you get on the test realms and not from what appears to be whiner support as it is clear if anyone is going to use this forum its to whine and you have only managed to encourage that!

One only has to look at the pvp forum to see it is now simply a whine fest and your attitude to make the game resemble the whine bregades view on how it should be was a very very very bad move!

The fact most threads are now nerf threads must have been seen by the forum moderators who worked hard to limit this stuff, but now with the recent introduction of res' changes to suit forum whiners you have opened that door alot wider and given a ticket for all the nerf cries to post and be listened to.

Res effects could have been introduced in a better way, since anyway you look at it, it was subject ot forum whine, so in that well done for encouraging it and well done for poisoning your own forums.

The fact is the post about why resilence is effected was totally catered and whine logic based.

It is nerfed due to it being powerful with resilience, well logic states all forms of none crit is boosted as is 'healing' meaning locks and Preists where subjective to whine mentality nerfing, when the fact is those nerf response should have been treated properly as atm it seems like a cowboy venture catering to current FoM nerf topics.

At least if your going to listen to whiners have the resoning to back up your nerf issues and that reasoning falls flat when you stated res' boosts DoT's, which is totally and utterly whine logic at play.

Healing is still boosted a hell of alot more, all other classes that focus on none crit damage are boosted but DoT classes namly locks have been nerfed due to whine.

And you wonder why we are flooded with nerf topics as never before!

This thread was not the most constructive to begin with, but it has gotten quite out of hand now.

'Nerf threads' are never constructive and we do our best to make sure that they die a quick yet painful death and never bother players with their rantings, let alone developers.

No change that is made to the game is ever implemented based solely on forum activity on the subject, there are a myriad of checks and balances and tests that take place to see if player feedback on a topic matches the reality of the situation.
Don't get me wrong here though, constructive player feedback is extremely valuable for highlighting an issue - but angry raging nerf threads are not.

If you see a nerf thread - report it. If it is a nerf thread it will be locked (or deleted if it's really bad) and the poster will most likely receive a forum suspension.

This wont happen instantly, but it will happen as soon as we are able to do it.

This goes for all classes and all forums.
