Lightning shield vs stealth [BUG REPORT]

Wanted to report a bug I have found. When rouges, druids and other stealthers make their initial attack from stealthmode to a shaman such as cheap shot, pounce bleed etc... a charge of my lightning shield is being burned but it does no dmg to the attacker. It is neglcting around 500-550 initial dmg to me and puts my lightning shield on it's cooldown so it can't activate for a few seconds.

Please fix this
