New content coming in 4.2 but...

Why haven't you fixed the current issues in the current content? Nothing is more aggravating then to wait in a queue for your run and get disconnected after 20 minutes and have to start all over again. Lagging is getting so bad now that even trying to run a heroic is ridiculous. Requesting that you change the lockouts to 10 man and 25 man like it was before. Make chaos orbs BoA and let everyone roll on them. Just some thoughts and suggestions.

Those sound like technical issues I would recommend attempting to troubleshoot in the technical support forum. Patches can certainly bring some issues, but if the issue is in fact that, say, your network card driver is old and an update would fix all your problems, that's a situation our support staff would be happy to work with you to track down and resolve.

Additionally, the people that would locate and resolve network-related bugs, if they are issues for us to resolve on our end, are of course not the people making raid content, bosses, daily quests, etc. :)

I'd recommend trying to troubleshoot your problems. I'd guess we'll be able to help fix you up.
