As there is no other topic combining them, I'll compile the changes promised Shamans at Blizzcon. Some of them will go live with the 2.3 patch, some with the expansion.

All Shamans
-Healing gear will also add spell damage, to allow Restro and Holy specced classes to solo grind better. A raid geared healing specialized character should have the dps of a blue geared rogue. (Expansion)
-The Spirit stat will be improved. (Expansion)
-Evaluating CC options for the Shaman in levels 71 to 80. (Expansion)
-(Answer): Blessings, auras and totems are supposed to be different. But the totems are being looked at. The Mana Spring totem will be a lot stronger than it is. Some other totems will also be made stronger.
-Scaling issues (Arcanite Reaper days we were feared, but nowadays not so much - being looked into)
-The lead item designer is now playing a Shaman to work on their itemization (previously played a Hunter).

Enhancement
-Shamanistic Rage now also reduces all damage taken by the Shaman by 30%
-Mental Quickness now also adds 10/20/30% of your Attack Power in Spell Damage/Healing
-Spirit Weapons is now 20% instead of 15% threat reduction
-Two-handed Maces and Axes trainable for ALL Shamans
-New Talent: Shamanistic Focus. Melee crits give a 60% mana cost reduction on the next Shock spell. Talent replaces Two-handed Maces and Axes in the Enhancement tree

Elemental
-Elemental Focus: Now will reduce mana cost of the next TWO offensive spells by 40% when an offensive spell critically strikes.
-Zul'Aman will have an Elemental Shaman set.

These changes are, at this time, fairly correct (but I would dispute the point that a poorly geared rogue = a blue geared rogue for example), and as Sharogy says, some are planned for the expansion and some for a future patch. However, no change is 'confirmed' until it has gone live. There is still a great deal of testing and further development to be done, so while these give a flavour of where the developers are looking at the moment, nothing is completely certain at this stage.
