Nerf water shield

Yes, I'm saying this as a shaman.
It's impossible to kill shamans right now, if you're not a warrior or rogue.

Shamans simply way regain mana too fast because of water shield and the mana cost of water shield.
Also the talent nature's guardian plays a role in this overpowered water shield, since it's impossible to out DPS them in arena, because they're abusing pillars and gaining tons of mana.

So Blizzard, please replace the water shield with the old one.
Or perhaps atleast add a cooldown or mana cost.
