Please nerf bubble and healing

Locks have been flooded on their forum with nerf topics from other classes. I would like to re-establish a bit of balance since I believe we don't deserve it.

I think Paladin's bubble should be nerfed or at least that it should start a generous cooldown on all of their healing spells. At the moment Paladins are overpowered in just about and battleground, takes ages to pull them down and if they have good gear they will hit hard.
