28/02 Latest Test Realm Patch Notes

Due to testing, several changes listed in the current patch notes have been removed from the patch.

Currently, there is only one active change for the Paladin category, which is as follows:

The slowing affect from "Avenger's Shield" is now considered a snare, so snare removal and immunity affects will now work on it.

Ommra, might I suggest a more including approach to introducing changes in the future? Perhaps you, or some other CM, could present the intended change before it is put on the PTR:s, so we could provide you with some constructive feedback first? I'm sure the community acceptance of the change will be different.

Well, that is why we have a PTR; to test stuff before it is going live ;)
