Character services not working

Hey

I've been trying to use some of the character services for the past 4 days and every time i chose what i want it asks for my account name, PW and authenticator code then all it says is "A problem has been encountered" or something along those lines. Now im just wondering if this is the same for everyone or am i alone in this?

Try to log in via https://eu.battle.net/account/ - select your account and then browse the character services.

If that doesn't work, then clear your browsers Cache & Temp files, then try again - you can try another browser if it's still not working. :-) Blizzard are aware of this error message and it's a bug that's under investigation.

This should indeed work.

thanks for the replies. Ive went onto the battle net website but cant seem to find anything about the character services. Maybe im just blind. Where abouts is it?

Once logged in at http://eu.battle.net/account/, press the WoW account you have the characters on and then you should see "Character Services" near the bottom of the page.
