[Guide] Balance Druid Equipment List.

This is another guide I've found long ago on the U.S Druid forums that I think we could need here in Europe aswell. This guide was written by Efejel, but since he stopped playing the game, it has been taken over and been updated by Staralfur and Sapphiron of U.S-Stonemaul.

Conversion Rates (determined directly from the char sheet, values are approximate)
1% hit = 12.605 hit rating
1% crit = 22.066 crit rating = 79.97 int

About the list
Items are ranked by DPS contribution. DPS contribution is calculated with the following equivalence.
100 int = 57.34 bv
100 spi = 10.00 bv
100 hit = 55.53 bv
100 crit = 57.10 bv
100 dmg = 100.0 bv
In raid dps situations hit can be significantly more valuable. Crit, Hit and to a lesser degree Int will all increase in value as your +dmg increases... these equivalences are based on a Druid chain-casting Starfire with 700 +dmg (total from gear & talents).

Note: Items will be re-ranked once the stats are updated for 2.1.0. If you want to see items ranked immediately, go to this thread: http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=112595494&sid=1 and download the calculator. Once this equipment list is complete, items will be reranked using Efejel's system (bv) for casual-end items, and Sapphiron's system (SDEP) for raiding-end items.
