When do we get Gnomeregan back?

Just asking. Seems like there's all this work being put into new zones and stuff and making new sparkly fancy races while us Gnomes have been planning to take back Gnomeregan for how long is it now? C'mon, we want a city too.

You couldn't handle your city the first time around. What makes you think you'll put it to good use this time? :D
