Is it true that when Burning Crusade is released all are ranks will be reset to 0? I was just curious cause i've heard different answers to this question.

You will be able to display your highest rank achieved, if you so choose, through a new title display menu. It is not planned to have any affect on the new honor system or otherwise aside from a legacy title.

We are planning at some point to bring the current rank titles back to be obtained in other ways. The arenas will have their own titles associated with the rankings there, and there is the possibility of titles being given out through various other means.
